The Process in Chicago, IL
Here at FRAMAR PORCHES FRACKIEL BUILDERS, our goal is to help simplify the porch process so you can sit back and relax while we do all the heavy lifting. When you choose FRAMAR PORCHES FRACKIEL BUILDERS as your Porch builder we will provide you all the information you need and take care of all the necessary paper work needed to get your project started, this includes getting architectural plans and permits. Here is a step by step process of what you can expect from FRAMAR PORCHES FRACKIEL BUILDERS as your porch builder.
1) Call or email us to get a
FREE ESTIMATE and set up a time to meet, or have us take a look ourselves!
2) After meeting with our estimator, you will receive a proposal within a few days. If you have any questions about the estimate please send us an email or give us a call.
3) Once we get the signed proposal, we start the porch process right away.
4) First we have our architect come out to measure so he can start the architectural drawings. We will also send you a permit application so that we can obtain a permit from the City of Chicago.
5) Once we receive the architectural drawings and permit application we will submit it into the City of Chicago.
6) Once the Architectural plans and permit have been approved by the City of Chicago we will contact you to schedule a start date for the project.
7) Once we start working on your porch there is no need to worry about having a dumpster sitting in front of your house because we haul away debris with our own dump trucks!
8) Once the work is completed by our experienced carpenters we will contact the city to schedule an inspection and meet with the city inspector.
